• Water sports Centre timings: 7:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
• Motorized sports activities timings: 7:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs (Windsurfing , Speed boat Hire, Boat rides)
• Non – Motorized sports activities timings: 7:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs (Kayaking & Stand -up- Paddle)
• Nila Restaurant Operational Hours: 7:00 hrs to 21.30 hrs

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• Over 10 days prior – 95% refund & 5% of the room tariff will be charged as cancellation charges
• Between 3-10 days – 50% refund & 50% of the room tariff will be charged as cancellation charges
• Between 0-2 days – No refund will be provided
• In case of Postponed situation due to any unavoidable reasons , we can hold reservations until 6 months 
• In case of Early departure,50% of room tariff will be charged as cancellation charges
• Refund takes 5-7 working days after submitting the Bank account details
